Download the PRO7 Player app and create your account. Search for courts near your location, browse available time slots, select your preferred slot, and complete payment. You'll receive instant confirmation with a booking reference and QR code for check-in at the venue.
PRO7 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, Raast, and debit/credit card payments. All transactions are processed securely within the app. Choose your preferred method at checkout.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule bookings from the My Bookings section in the app, subject to the facility's cancellation policy. Refunds are processed according to the policy timeline. View our full Cancellation Policy for details.
Facilities create tournaments on PRO7 with format, dates, and entry fees. Players register through the app, pay the entry fee, and brackets are auto-generated. Match results update rankings automatically with ELO calculations.
